30-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem! You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange at the same price. Please note, returns of non-faulty items after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returns

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

To process your return or exchange, please include:

• A printed copy of your order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order number.

• A clear indication of whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

• If exchanging, please specify your preferred size, colour, or variant.

If we encounter any issues with your exchange (e.g., stock availability), we will contact you by email.

Promotions & Special Offers

• If your order includes a free item, all items must be returned together. Otherwise, the full price of the free item will be charged.

• For Buy One, Get One Free offers, refunds are only possible if all items in the promotion are returned.

Returning a Faulty Item

If you receive a faulty product, our UK team will resolve it quickly. To make a claim:

1. Contact us immediately at info@sassytails.co.uk.

2. If returning by post, we will reimburse your return postage upon receipt of a valid proof of postage—but only for faulty items.

3. If we confirm the fault is ours (e.g., not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose), we will fully refund or replace the item.
